Work You ll DoProvide analytics services to clients on behalf of a global consulting company. Deliver analytical and technical services that identify, design, and implement technology-enabled analytics solutions for clients. Build dynamic dashboards using Tableau and QlikView to summarize and visualize key performance metrics and in-depth analysis. Develop complex queries to load, cleanse, manipulate and analyze large data sets and create reports utilizing SQL. Provide industry insight and analytical support using data mining, pattern matching, data visualization, and predictive modelling tools to produce analysis and algorithms that help businesses make better decisions. Search and mine large data sets to discover meaningful patterns, trends and relationships to identify success measures and analysis. Perform key performance indicator (KPI) analysis and data lineage to maximize return-on-investment from an advanced analytics infrastructure by rationalizing existing reporting systems and providing a combined operational and financial reporting capability using SAS, SQL and Apache Hive. Build models to predict redemption rates for clients and perform segmentation studies to understand the underlying factors that influence customer redemption behavior utilizing Bornhuetter-Ferguson method and the Cumulative Development method with the use of SQL. Conduct model risk validation by testing credit risk models to calculate the expected gain and loss leveraging SAS and SQL coding. Identify and define KPI's for employee performance management by building Tableau reporting tools to track metrics and generate reports for clients using Microsoft SQL Server and Tableau. Develop signal detection algorithms to identify safety-related complaint signals by using Empirical Bayes Geometric Mean, Multi-Gamma Poisson Shrinker and Chi-Square Test of Independence in R.
