Work You ll DoCollaborate with business stakeholders and internal leadership to manage the design and deployment of technology-enabled tax services. Utilize business, tax, and technology expertise to collaborate with stakeholders to provide product management for a portfolio of products across Service Lines. Perform comprehensive assessments of technology industry trends and business requirements to develop technology roadmaps for products and the broader practice-area, in an effort to ensure product alignment with larger tax technology strategic priorities. Monitor, analyze, and report on technology solutions over their entire software development lifecycle (SDLC). Manage the success and evolution of tools in the marketplace. Develop and monitor risk and contingency plans. Maintain high levels of support for applications in our portfolio, proactively pinpoint potential issues. Serve as a point of contact for practice sponsors as issues arise, and team with support personnel to modify existing procedures. Communicate with other Product Owners to facilitate cross-team collaboration. Prioritize and maintain a comprehensive product backlog for all products in portfolio. #LI-DNI RequirementsMaster's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent).Two years of experience developing web and mobile SaaS products.Experience must include two years of:Collaborating with internal teams to drive technology solutions across requirements, design, implementation, deployment and distribution;Managing onsite and offshore product development teams through implementation, documentation, deployment and release;Utilizing C , Java, and C# and enterprise technologies, including .NET and J2EE to facilitate the development of multi-tier client applications;Working in an Agile environment and leading the execution of technology solutions utilizing Scrum methodologies;Managing product priorities backlog, and ensuring only the most valuable features are implemented every release;Reviewing the budgets, sourcing strategy and ROI of technology products;Reporting on product roadmaps, execution, success and financials to leadership and internal stakeholders; andLeading product demos and providing trainings to users.In the alternative, the employer is willing to accept a Bachelor's degree and four years of experience as stated above.
