Work You ll DoEvaluate the progress of software product design, development and deployment. Identify core functions of client engagements and recommend creative business solutions for large companies. Work with management to ensure business needs are clearly understood and the implemented technology meets the business requirements. Oversee software application development projects from the planning stages through implementation, and ensure standards, procedures and methodologies in the software development life cycle are met. Support software development activities and provide technical knowledge on best practices with regards to coding and performance. Translate business and functional requirements pertaining to internal and external clients into documented technical and design specifications. Develop, test and debug software solutions using ASP.Net, C#, SQL Server and other Microsoft technologies to achieve business objectives. Document the design process and conduct code reviews throughout the software product development lifecycle. Collaborate across various teams to ensure software development documents or deliverables are produced in a timely manner. Contribute to the development and enhancement of existing global risk and compliance features. Ensure compliance of developed software solutions to the underlying solution architecture. Provide technical feedback and consult with team members on software application related problems regarding efficiency and design. #LI-DNI RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology or related field.Five years of progressively responsible experience providing application development services to clients on behalf of an international software or consulting company.Must have three years of experience with:Conducting design, code reviews and debugging;Improving application performance; andDeveloping application unit testing.Must have two years of experience in:Utilizing at least two of the following web development tools: ASP.Net, C#, C , or JavaScript;Utilizing the following database development tools: MS SQL Server, T-SQL, ADO/ADO.NET, OR SSIS;Building solutions using .Net technology; andArchitecting software solutions for an enterprise practice.In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master's degree or equivalent degree in a stated field plus three years of experience.
