Work You ll DoManage the development and execution of IT applications and infrastructure transition and approach for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures between companies. Guide the development of IT Transition Service Agreements (TSAs) for international divestitures, including developing the TSA costing and pricing methodology. Supervise teams providing IT Separation/Integration consulting services to clients in the Financial Services industry and Technology, Media, and Telecommunications industry, focusing on components of networks, infrastructure, information security governance, and network management. Supervise the implementation of a central program management function for IT processes, structure, methods, and tools to oversee the execution of divestiture and integration programs. Lead IT cutover planning efforts in preparation for go-live across multiple IT workstreams, and develop the IT Command Center plan to support go-live for IT workstreams, including staffing/resourcing and reporting of incidents. Lead planning and strategy workshops, and provide mentorship and technical guidance on M&A IT processes and methodologies to project and client teams. Develop and manage reporting improvement mechanism to meet stakeholders' needs. Manage testing teams and establish quality standards. Supervise the performance of network separation and integration activities for global organizations' business operations to execute complex network changes across their locations, utilizing core network technologies including Network security, Wireless networks, Firewall management, third party network connections, end user technology, and LAN and WAN point to point networks, DS3, site to site networks, regional MPLS links, and VPN connections. Oversee the planning and execution of Day 1 and Day 2 of M&A IT projects for large global organizations, including conducting detailed IT due diligence, separation and integration of data networks, data centers, and Active Directory, and providing end user computing and voice services. Coordinate the development and monitoring of Network Firewall Rules Change Management process, including conducting detailed assessments using NetFlows and custom Cisco and Fortinent tools, conducting Firewall Rule analysis, developing data flows, creating governance framework, and developing and implementing Firewall Rule tracking tools for M&A clients. Manage professionals in conducting billing assessments and administering vendor contracts during M&A transactions for the Telecommunications domain, including Network Equipment dispositions and asset decommissioning globally. Direct teams in the planning and execution of the separation and migration of end user tools, including Microsoft SharePoint environment, entailing gathering business/functional requirements, developing solution design in collaboration with SharePoint Subject Matter Experts, and conducting workshops with vendors. Guide teams assessing network strategy and designing network to align network implementation with clients' business goals and objectives. Manage the resolution of LAN and WAN network issues using IP management tools and network tools, including NetFlow, WireShark, Packet analyzer, and SolarWinds.
