Work You ll DoManage and deliver components of client engagements that identify, design, and implement technology and creative business solutions for clients. Work with senior team members to deliver an eCommerce custom build platform for order management. Develop IT roadmap to deliver client's future state vision. Function as an integrator between business needs and technology solutions. Oversee the creation of functional and technology solutions to meet clients' business needs. Responsibilities include defining systems strategy, developing system requirements within eCommerce, designing, prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing solutions. Perform accurate analysis and effective diagnosis of client issues. Work within a collaborative engagement model to help clients define, design, and implement technology solutions. Develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients; organize and lead pursuit teams; participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Lead team responsible for designing and planning data conversion and analysis by performing data queries and procedures using PL/SQL, TOAD and Oracle SQL DB. Manage data conversion using Informatica and Mulesoft to migrate data from legacy and non-legacy systems to CRM applications. Oversee technical implementations using Agile, SCRUM, and Rational Unified Process (RUP). Manage the integration of CRM applications with Oracle EBS Benefit Management, Billing and Revenue Systems, and Payment Systems using HTTP, Web Service and procedures. Lead the design of roadmaps for on premise and cloud CRM applications to create offerings built on SFDC and Siebel.
