Work You ll DoLead and deliver large, complex engagements that drive strategic HR organizational change for clients. Provide consulting services to the client focusing on efficiency, effectiveness, cost reduction and overall enhanced delivery of HR services throughout an enterprise with an understanding of the digital environment. Work with teams on engagements that drive strategic HR organizational change for clients. Develop, document and revise service and system design procedures, test procedures, and quality standards. Deliver the full cycle of project, including monitoring and identifying any project issues, mitigating risks, and insuring accuracy of key deliverables. Assist senior executives in utilizing organization perspectives and methods to execute business strategies, improve operations and performance, and optimize roles and responsibilities. Manage the development of HR process maps and frameworks that support client future-state organizational design and alignment. Lead multiple marketing efforts for the business, including developing and executing a strategy to enhance and refresh the brand of the practice in the market place including developing a new message, launching a new website, and leading the charge for change management and training of the practice. Lead the creation of materials for multiple client workshops, including design of workshops and creation of supporting documentation required for the new processes. Responsible for all aspects of the development and implementation of learning programs and provide a single point of contact for questions. Aid business leaders to achieve strategic objectives by implementing employment engagement tools and advanced workforce planning technologies. Supervise projects from original concept through final implementation, including recommending actions, directing analysis, and proposing solutions to problems. Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and provide insights on areas of risks through analysis of operational metrics.
