We re looking for a strong conceptualand analytical thinker who can provide insights into the current economic,social, technical, and marketplace issues influencing the Healthcare & LifeSciences industries. In this role, you ll apply your specialized knowledge to awide range of areas to help clients tackle some of their most complexorganizational, management, and business issues.You ll have the opportunity to conduct high-levelresearch, design analytical frameworks, and work collaboratively with clientsto enhance their business processes and performance. Work you ll do
Our Strategy & OperationsLife Science & Health Care practice provides organizational leadership,management, policy, and systems approaches for a wide variety of clients.Dependingon your experience, you ll have the opportunity to join our Commercial (privateinstitutions or organizations) or Federal (based in Washington, DC, workingwith key government clients) practice. In either practice, you ll work with clients to devise strategies that leverageopportunities and address challenges across health systems, academic medicalorganizations, health plans, pharmaceutical companies, biotechnology, andmedical devices. Your projects, like your clients, will be diverse and couldinclude revenue cycle optimization, operations improvement, merger integration,supply chain strategy, clinical information system selection andimplementation, information management strategy, clinical trials, comparativeeffectiveness, and medical management initiatives.
Our LifeSciences & Health Care team helps clients address the massive shifts takingplace in the competitive global landscape of health and life science. Weprovide guidance and make strategic recommendations in addition to helping themunderstand the shifts and trends happening in US and international markets,geographies, and service lines. We work with clients around the world withdiverse needs, and help them develop and implement innovative, data-drivensolutions that fit within their organizational models and enhance theirbusiness processes and performance.
A graduate degree from one of the following programs: MHA, MPH, MHSA, MBA. Or, an MS or MSN with a focus in health informatics
Strong academic track record
Experience conducting high-level analyses and communicate findings with others
Experience leading and working collaboratively with a team
Willingness to travel
