Work You ll DoAdvisory Senior Consultant to assist in drafting reports and findings including the preparation of tables, exhibits, and charts. Develop and prepare client presentations. Analyze technical specifications, construction drawings, and construction invoices. Interview property, asset, and construction managers. Perform inspections of machinery, equipment, building, and construction projects. Create financial models based on business issues or transactions being analyzed. Deliver findings, conclusions and recommendations to clients. Reviewing deliverables and managing quality and risk process. Assist in maintaining and drafting engagement economics. Targeting clients and leading professional development activities. Coaching of junior team members. Review and analyze technical specifications, construction drawings, and construction invoices. #LI-DNI RequirementsBachelor's (or higher) degree in engineering, computer science, technology, economics, or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent).Two years of experience performing capital projects, including audits and project management controls work.Experience must include two years of:Advising clients on Capital Projects, including construction lifecycle, valuation and cost estimation, schedule management, procurement and building information modeling (BIM);Analyzing and transforming organizational processes, controls and technology for construction projects;Conducting forensic analyses to provide overall project management oversight of construction projects;Assessing risk management procedures and internal controls in collaboration with client construction and finance teams;Participating in financial audit preparedness, including compiling financial statements;Collaborating with Architecture, Engineering, Consulting, Operations, and Maintenance professionals to optimize internal processes, policies and controls;Conducting internal assessment and funding analysis for construction projects;Mentoring and training junior team members, including review of their work; andParticipating in accounting and finance operations, including invoice review and processing, accounts payable, vendor analytics for tax reporting compliance, year-end accrual analysis and vendor tracking and compilation.Position requires approximately 50% travel.
