Work You ll DoGather functional requirements to model for existing business processes as well as defining key performance indicators, strategic objectives and future state operating models for the public sector agencies. Leverage existing data sources and create new ones to further current state analysis using analytics and modeling tools in order to identify potential procedural and financial improvements. Synthesize available information into an overall strategy by analyzing the key operational deficiencies, identifying the solutions available in the market and proposing a cohesive road map for business improvement. Develop client ready deliverables throughout each stage of the service delivery lifecycle. Perform current state analysis and identify potential future state improvements using Process X-Ray, IBM Blueworks and IndustryPrint 5. Identify key performance indicators and process bottlenecks with D.Process and other web-based activity analysis tools to identify and prioritize opportunities for process reengineering or automation. Perform current state assessments by reverse-engineering existing code in PowerBuilder and system functionality in order to map key processes in the new functional design to the existing requirements. Use Rational Requirements Composer (RRC) to build use cases for financial reporting, long term care delivery, and medical eligibility determinations in order to achieve end-to-end transformational goals. Use JIRA to review and approve migration requests, track development and testing progress, report on development bugs and track financial metrics including earn vs burn. Develop and deliver training material Using VideoScribe and Go Animate in preparation for system implementations and serving as the point of contact for post go-live support. #LI-DNI RequirementsBachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Public Administration, Economics, Engineering (any) or a related field.Must have two years of experience providing consulting services to clients in the healthcare industry on behalf of a global consulting company.Must have two years of experience with:Performing current state analysis and identifying potential future state improvements using Process X-Ray, IBM Blueworks and IndustryPrint 5;Identifying key performance indicators and process bottlenecks with D.
