Work You ll DoProvide IT consulting services and manage and deliver components of client engagements that identify, design, and implement technology and creative business solutions for large companies. Responsible for all aspects of the development and implementation of assigned projects and provide a single point of contact for those projects. Define project scope and objectives, organize and lead pursuit teams; participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach and provide technical and analytical guidance to project team. Work with team to deliver and deploy strategy, design, and implementation of web content management, digital asset management and other technology solutions in the digital content space. Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports. Lead team in technical design and implementation projects; and design and implementation of Object and Component-oriented solutions. Manage full lifecycle application testing. Lead teams responsible for administering and configuring Salesforce.com, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Partner Community, Customer Community, Employer Community, and data security. Manage teams responsible for architecting, designing and building B2B portals and automating sales and support processes using Salesforce.com CRM. Oversee teams responsible for architecting Salesforce.com technology solutions, including application infrastructure, network and platform security, IP routing and packets processing using Wireshark tool. Lead the integration of Salesforce.com CRM with cloud and on-premise systems, including WorkDay, SAP, Oracle and SharePoint using middleware and web-services. Guide team in writing code in Visualforce, Apex, Java, HTML, and CSS. #LI-DNI RequirementsBachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering (any), Information Technology, MIS or a related field.Five years of experience providing IT consulting services on behalf of a global consulting company.Must have five years of experience with:Architecting, designing and building B2B portals and automating sales and support processes using Salesforce.com CRM;Architecting Salesforce.com technology solutions, including application infrastructure, network and platform security, IP routing and packets processing using Wireshark tool;Integrating Salesforce.com CRM with cloud and on-premise systems, including WorkDay, SAP, Oracle and SharePoint using middleware and web-services;Writing code in Visualforce, Apex, Java, HTML, and CSS; andAdministering and configuring Salesforce.com, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Partner Community, Customer Community, Employer Community, and data security.In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master's degree in a stated field plus three years of experience.80% travel required.
