Deloitte is looking for qualified individuals for an exciting Public Sector opportunity in Little Rock, AR. The team will be responsible for managing, maintaining, operating and enhancing a large application portfolio that assists the agency in conducting daily business and IT operations, serving the citizens of the State that are interacting with the Public Assistance programs Work you ll do:Essential Functions:Interagency Coordinator Point of contact for coordinating interagency activities such as integration testing, system testing, and business process design.Work as Liaison with Applications data exchange partners.Identify risks and issues while building a mitigation strategy to keep cross-department and agency communication clear.Develop an escalation model for issue and risk management.Develop a communication approach with business and technology contacts, define transition roles and responsibilities, and track requirements for performance monitoring, and interfaces and architecture.Resolve issues from business users in program areas and across business process areas.Facilitate meetings between business units and agencies to confirm integration and cross program functionality.Prepare a comprehensive roll out strategy for interfaces, programs, and business processes affecting multiple business areas and/or agencies.Coordinate System Integration Testing activities when multiple business units or agencies are affected.The Team:Application Management ServicesIn today s business world, the cost and complexity of information technology is higher than ever.
