Work you ll do
As a Project Delivery Sr. Analyst in the Cyber Risk group you will:
Support Implementation and Operations Management best practices
Support tasks and portions of the project scope on engagements related but not limited to Operations & Maintenance, Helpdesk Operations, Software and Application Development and Maintenance, Financial Operations, and Project and Acquisition Management
Create and/or support project deliverables
Perform analysis and diagnose client issues while demonstrating an understanding of the client environment and overall project scope
Provide a high level of customer service and professionalism to customers, demonstrating courtesy and efficiency at all times.

Typically has 3 or more years of consulting and/or industry experience
Ability to work independently, under general guidance
Ability to lead project deliverables through to completion

Professional oral and written communication skills
Relevant software or application skills to complete job successfully
Problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
Ability to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
Ability to assess visually, the reasonableness of the Applicants identity-proofing documents; i.e., be trained to detect any improprieties in the Applicants identity-proofing documents.
Ability to fingerprint potential applicants (i.e., employees or contractors) utilizing existing client fingerprinting equipment.
Working knowledge of OPM standard forms used for background investigation processing (i.e., SF-85, SF-85P and SF 86).
Ability to enter data into the Electronic Questionnaires for Investigations Processing (e-QIP) system for processing from initiation to completion for potential CMS employees or contractors, including
quality review of the data submitted and communicating with the customer to ensure proper completion of e-QIP.
Ability conduct phone interviews for reference checks, employment verification and education verification.
Assist client with all aspects of fingerprinting, e-QIP and front-end processes (i.e. fingerprinting, filing of required documentation, updating tracking and status spreadsheets and systems, scheduling appointments, liaison/coordinator with other internal and external components for data elements needed to complete front-end processing for client employees and contractors.
Prior professional services or federal consulting experience
Bachelor s Degree
