Job Overview

Under the direction of the CTS DOT CM Manager and CTS DOT VRM Leader, this Senior Specialist role will manage day-to-day Advisory deliverable based vendor requests. He/she will serve as the point person for stakeholders for agency inquiries, tracking and fulfilling of requests using Salesforce and DAP for reporting, and participating in the development and deployment of process efficiencies. The Specialist will also connect and develop relationships with colleagues in Procurement, OGC, Risk, Talent and Finance. This role will sit in the Advisory FSS with a strong connection to the CTS contractor management team.

Key Responsibilities

Independently manage deliverable vendor requests and inquiries, performing the tasks associated with the selection, procurement, and maintenance of the contractual agreements

Work directly with Strategic Procurement Services, OGC, National Office of Independence and Risk to draft, project manage the process of review and finalize deliverable contracts and ensure all compliance activities are executed and tracked

Review all intake requests in queue and actively address requests with the stakeholder groups. Triage the various requests and educate stakeholders on options based on their business needs

Responsible for any necessary SOW or Amendments for executed deliverable based vendor contracts

Participate in RFPs/RFI s on the behalf of our stakeholders by collaborating with Strategic Procurement Services

Work directly with the CTS Advisory CM Lead Program Specialist to ensure a seamless integration of contractors that require onboarding from deliverable based vendors

Collaborate with India on invoice processing and maintenance

Manage the storage of program documentation and updating necessary tasks (i.e. SPS tracking, contracts, CSOF, Ascendify, Salesforce, Ariba, DAP.)

Effectively communicate on opportunities with the CTS Advisory CM Lead Program Specialist and the Advisory Risk Leader.

Independently manage day to day workload, documenting productivity metrics on a period basis

Job Requirements/Qualifications

Strong knowledge of Excel (Pivot tables, etc.), Ariba, PowerPoint, Shareport, other knowledge management sites and systems

Strong execution skills

Demonstrated strong communication skills, written and interpersonal

Ability to interface with a variety of levels both inside and outside Deloitte

Education & Experience

Minimum of 3 years of Human Resources, Procurement or related experience preferred

Ability to work independently on a variety of projects in a high volume, fast paced, and sometime nebulous environment required

Experience in writing and/or reviewing contractual agreements

Strong Project management Skills

Excellent customer service, organizational and planning skills

Relationship management skills
