Acts as a point of contact between top management and employees or other stakeholders. Performs advanced administrative duties as well as independent project assignments for Deloitte s CMO/IMO (Analytics) Leader and teams. Demonstrates expertise in a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Illustrative Duties and ResponsibilitiesPerform a broad range of tasks in support of Leader and teams including coordination and liaison with COS, project managers, and Leader.Manages complex calendars for PMD and teams. Often handles highly sensitive and confidential information.Efficiently schedules complex calls and coordinates call logistics for PMD and team, including coordination with international PPMDs and clients.Responsible to review incoming communications for Leader and apply critical thinking to respond on behalf of Leader/team where appropriate, delegate to other team members for action, raise priority communications to attention of Leader, and/or retain. Prepares all types of correspondence often acting independently including emails, letters, memorandums, agendas, meeting minutes/action items and reports. Prepares additional documents as needed, this includes composing, proofreading, formatting, and editing MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint documents. For projects requiring print services, submits and manages job request through Document Creative Services.Perform activities related to knowledge management, including stakeholder trackingAct as liaison between teams and external vendors for meeting materials and logistics, coordinating marketing/press related materials, and obtaining/aggregating program attendee detailsCommunicates with senior managers/project managers weekly on the schedule to ensure everyone is coordinatedMust be highly organized and an excellent communicatorPerforms other job-related duties as assigned.Required Technical SkillsProficient knowledge of standard office equipment; advanced Microsoft Office skillsEducation & Experience Degree preferred; minimum of 3 years of related experience for a large professional services organization
