The OCEO program s pursuit management group supports partners and pursuit teams through the development of strategic communications for Deloitte s largest and most complex audit pursuits. OCEO-A graphic designers work closely with senior partners and client service teams in conceptualizing, designing, and developing all graphical elements of client proposals, oral presentations, and related business development materials that differentiate Deloitte in the marketplace. The graphic designer is part of a team that collaborates to bring consistent and sustained quality to the audit pursuit process and deliver outstanding value to OCEO partners and pursuit teams. Required competencies include superior creativity and applied design skills in both print and multimedia.
