The graphic designer is accountable for creative, visually compliant, and timely design, formatting, production, and delivery of rich media projects, professional-level presentations, high-end animation, proposals, reports, marketing materials, and other corporate collateral. The graphic designer produces large volumes of work and is responsible for/dependent on effective teamwork and communication. In addition, this individual is responsible for fostering a positive, collaborative work environment to effectively leverage resources and maximize utilization and turnaround without compromising quality. This position requires proficient experience in multiple software packages and the ability to produce large volumes of work consistently and accurately. Position Responsibilities Complete graphic design projects as scheduled by coordinators, including the following:Produce quality work in a fast-paced environment within an internal process-driven systems structure, meeting deadlines and client expectations for quality, creativity, and accuracy Develop, design, and format rich interactive content based on customer instructionWork with other graphic designers and/or design supervisor to ensure adherence to brand standardsCollaborate with customers and design professionals in order to produce effective and accurate workManage projects through all phases of development, creating concepts based on customer interaction, designing, revising, troubleshooting, and producing a final productServe as project manager when appropriate, coordinating multiple resources and ensuring consistent communication and deliverablesWork closely with other design professionals to solve problems and communicate resolutionsComplete associated administrative tasksQualificationsA minimum of two years experience in corporate graphic design required (Portfolio should include samples of animation, multimedia projects, presentation design, marketing materials, and other design pieces that reflect capabilities)Advanced knowledge of the Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, Encore, Audition, and After Effects)Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel) a plusKnowledge of Web standards such as HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, and JavaScript; ability to code and implement a variety of scripting solutions for Web pages a plusTeam player with a positive attitude, strong verbal and written communication skills, and excellent interpersonal skillsMust be able to communicate professionally, resolving problems effectively and positivelyAble to follow directions, manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and respond to urgent requests in a positive mannerGood organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
