They will also support the Talent organization during peak times to deliver key services. Work you ll doBusiness Analysts help to provide Talent consultative solutions tailored to support the execution of strategic priorities for Federal Consulting in Arlington, VA.Supports the Lead Business Analyst & TBA translate business strategies into actionable Talent strategies.Supports the Lead Business Analyst & TBA while partnering with COE s and CTS to deliver all talent lifecycle events including, but not limited to, performance management, compensation planning, workforce planning, and other talent programs.Analyzes data and fundamental information about the business and provides high level expertise and analytics.Leads reporting efforts, data reconciliation, and analysis for the Business Advisor team.Supports fostering change throughout the organization and ensure that Talent strategies are aligned with the firm s culture.Supports the Deployment Advisor in providing Leadership with analysis of current and trending staffing environment and providing strategic solutions.Works closely with the Federal Security Team to support cleared employee analysis and staffing.The teamThe Business Advisor organization champions a One Talent Team through collaboration with the Centers of Excellence (COEs) and Core Talent Services (CTS) to deliver integrated Talent services to support Business strategies and priorities.
