Work you ll do As a Project Delivery Analyst in the Strategy & Operations group you will: Support Implementation and Operations Management best practicesSupport tasks and portions of the project scope on engagements related but not limited to Financial Operations, Supply Chain, and Project and Acquisition ManagementDemonstrate a foundational understanding of the client environment and overall project scopeIdentify and solve problems using analysis, experience, and judgmentIndependently perform tasks with some guidance to execute a portion of the project scopePrepare and update acquisition documentation (e.g., Acquisition Plan, Acquisition Program Baseline, Operational Requirements Document, Integrated Logistics Support Plan)Track status and report on acquisition documentation progress on a weekly basis and manage Program reportingSupport budget and finance planning operations and documentationCoordinate and facilitate meetings to gather information from various stakeholders as input for documentationParticipate in internal weekly status updates and monthly deliverable reportingProcess ad-hoc data requests as required by program stakeholderIn this role, the practitioner may be asked to work with a variety of stakeholders including those internal and external . The practitioner will be supporting clients directly on reporting and documentation, providing status and document updates critical to the acquisition process.
