Work you ll do
As a Project Delivery Sr. Analyst in the Forensics and Investigations group you will:
Support Implementation and Operations Management best practices
Support tasks and portions of the project scope on engagements related but not limited toOperations & Maintenance, Helpdesk Operations, Software and Application Development and Maintenance, Financial Operations, and Project and Acquisition Management
Create and/or support project deliverables
Perform analysis and diagnose client issueswhile demonstrating an understanding of the client environment and overall project scope
Performs help desk functions - answering and responding to user phone calls, installing and troubleshooting litigation support packages on user desktops, and coordinating support.
Applications supported will be chiefly litigation support applications, such as Relativity, Ipro Eclipse SE, LexisNexis LAW PreDiscovery, inData Trial Director, Ipro eScan-IT, CaseMap Suite, Ipro Suite (View, iPublish Build), Concordance, Sanction II.9, etc.
Assists in setting up and operating end user support program for major applications in support of specific projects.
Sets up overall user training programs for litigation support and related applications to ensure that they are being used effectively.
Organizes, prepares, schedules and conducts training sessions.
Training will most often be user-level training for specific databases or specific software packages

Typically has 3 or more years of consulting and/or industry experience
Ability to work independently, under general guidance
Ability to lead project deliverables through to completion
Experience working in a team environment
Professional oral and written communication skills
Relevant software or application skills to complete job successfully
Problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
Ability to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
At least two years of experience providing direct end-user support for the applications being supported, including both telephone support and on-site assistance to users
At least one year of Nuix eDiscovery experience is highly preferred.
Must have hands-on familiarity with the network, telecommunications, and operating systems environment of the applications being supported
At least one year teaching/training experience involving computer applications, preferably database, imaging, or other automated litigation support applications preferred.
Prior professional services or federal consulting experience
Bachelor s Degree
At least one year of experience in automated litigation support
