Work you ll do As a Manager within our Operations Transformation team, you will: Organize and deliver services on a cross-section of complex projectsActively participate in the development of business and vendor relationshipsParticipate and lead aspects of the proposal development processDesign and optimize business processes in support of overall business operations and technology enablement, utilization and adoptionMeasure and assess the value of organizational activities, programs, and investments in an effort to optimize performance managementResponsible for project(s) financials including development of financial plansManages day-to-day interactions with clients and internal Deloitte teamDisplays both breadth and depth of knowledge regarding functional and technical issuesDisplays leadership and business judgment in anticipating client/project needs and developing alternative solutionsProvide counseling/coaching, oversight, and support for delivery teams and staffActively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities providing input and guidance into the staffing processFocus on managed revenue targets as well as achieving quarterly or yearly sales objectives for new businessLead business development initiatives to grow the Operations Transformation team and the Federal practiceManage resources and budget on client projects The TeamTransparency, innovation, collaboration, sustainability: these are the hallmark issues shaping Federal government initiatives today.
